Blackhawk Fitness has really kept me motivated to continue working hard. I always struggled with what exercises to do and whether I was working the right parts of my body. Yahoo! Blackhawk Fitness! I love the class! It is a lot of fun and something different, someone there to encourage you and keep you moving. This program is no walk in the park, matter of fact it hurt to walk for a few days, it even hurt to laugh. I have noticed increased energy during the day and after only one week lost a couple of pounds. Thanks so much!

Blackhawk is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I work out a lot and had hit a plateau. I needed some motivation and something different than just running!
