Collectively complete the following exercises (GREEN / BLUE / RED):
SQUATS: 100 / 150 / 200
CRUNCHES: 100 / 150 / 200
JUMP THRUSTERS: 100 / 150 / 200
SCISSOR PLANKS (4-Count): 100 / 150 / 200
 
RUN - 10 MINUTES
 
Additional time to be given to AB BUSTER workout. 

 
Cool Down: Heavy legs and abs.
